Therapeutic Treatments in Krajmed
The biostimulation laser has a wide range of medical applications. It works at the cellular level – by increasing fibroblast activity and ATP production, it stimulates and accelerates repair processes in the affected tissues. This leads to a local improvement in circulation and metabolism and supports the body’s natural regenerative processes. Such a laser is successfully suitable for the treatment of acute and chronic inflammation and associated pain.
At Krajmed Medical Center, we use the diode biostimulation laser PhysioGo.Lite Laser , with a wavelength of 808 nm and power of 400 mW. In ENT, it allows us to quickly and effectively support the treatment of many diseases.

AMSA Inhalations Warsaw
This is a unique piece of equipment designed to treat diseases of the middle ear, paranasal sinuses and, in particular, impaired patency of the auditory trumpet. The device has the ability to produce vibroaerosol, i.e. an aerosol enriched with additional energy from the superimposition of an acoustic wave with a frequency of 100 Hz, and to administer it under short-term overpressure. Thanks to this positive pressure, the aerosol penetrates into the middle ear through the Eustachian tube and into the sinuses even through orifices with impaired patency.
In the AMSA inhaler, positive pressure is triggered automatically when swallowing. Through the appropriate nasal tip, the positive pressure forces the vibroaerosol into the closed space of the nasopharynx, and from there into the ear trumpet and middle ear. Repetition of this process results in natural physiotherapy of the trumpet. Studies show that the penetration of vibroaerosol with positive pressure is approx. 100 times better than aerosol produced by ordinary methods.
AMSA inhalations are performed by a nurse in our treatment room. They are carried out in cycles, usually consisting of 10 treatments, usually daily. Treatment with the AMSA inhaler uses medications prescribed by an ENT doctor, the type and dose of which can be modified during the treatment cycle. No special preparation is needed for AMSA inhalation. The procedure takes about 15-20 minutes, is painless and non-invasive.
