Telephone consultations in Krajmed
Our Center offers the possibility of teleportation with a general practitioner in the form of a telephone consultation. Consultation is provided by lek. Joanna Krajewska – a graduate of the Warsaw Medical Faculty.
During a telephone conversation with the patient, the doctor:
- interview
- evaluates the submitted test results or photos
- provides medical advice
- presents medical recommendations for treatment management
- issue an e-prescription and/or e-call if necessary
NOTE: The prerequisite for telephone consultation is to pay in advance.

To take advantage of a telephone consultation with a specialist, you should:
- log in to our CM Krajmed Patient Portal
- choose a specialty: Primary Care Physician
- type of consultation: telephone consultation
- specialist physician: lek. Joanna Krajewska
- term of interest
- then, after making an appointment, pay for it online in the " My appointments" tab
If the patient, for some reason, is unable to set up an account on the Patient Portal, he or she can also make an appointment for such a consultation by phone at: 22 458 69 69. Once the appointment is made, he will receive a payment link by text message.
