
OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA (OSA) is a condition of airway obstruction during sleep that occurs repeatedly and lasts more than 10 seconds.
Sleep apnea symptoms:
- excessive sleepiness,
- snoring loudly,
- morning headaches,
- a dream that does not bring rest,
- excessive sweating at night,
- the need to urinate frequently at night,
- dry mouth when you wake up,
- sudden awakening from sleep combined with a feeling of lack of air,
- a restless dream,
- excessive irritation.
