Urogynecological consultation in the field of pelvic floor prolapse in women. This is a fairly common disorder that occurs particularly after menopause, often combined with functional disorders, especially proper control over urination. These two problems – pelvic floor prolapse and urinary incontinence are very closely connected with each other. We treat all forms of urinary incontinence – surgically and conservatively. Laxity of the vagina and the surrounding muscles and tissues, damage to the vagina and perineum during childbirth or with age-related changes are the most common causes of prolapse of the uterus and vagina. The use of modern methods of treatment such as implants and advanced surgical techniques allow more efficient and effective treatment to remove these painful and embarrassing ailments. Treatment is individually selected depending on the severity of the disease, the patient’s age and preferences.
