Work life balance – recruitment to support group
February 13, 2020
Work is an important part of an adult’s life, an important, but not the most important, after all, is still our private life, family, friends and acquaintances, a hobby. The balance between work and private life is not a myth, it is a state worth pursuing. This is because upsetting this balance both in the direction of excess work and in the direction of excess free time leads to a significant reduction in the quality of our life, stress, lowering our mood, chronic fatigue or burnout, and all this in turn affects our relationships with loved ones.
Therefore, if:
you feel that you are spending too much time on your professional work,
or you feel that your professional potential is not being fully exploited,
you feel chronic fatigue,
you have difficulty coping with stress,
you feel burned out professionally,
your work has a negative impact on relations with your loved ones,
you don’t have time to pursue your passions,
this group is for you!
The aim of the group is to create a space for sharing one’s own experiences, emotions, difficulties, exchange of ways of coping with the balance in personal and professional life, mutual support, understanding and help. The group consists of 6 to 10 people and is semi-open, which means that new people can reach the group if a space is released.
